PDS Terms and Conditions

  PRICING
Prices are kept as low as possible to assure you the best products and services at or below standard competitive rates.

We will provide terms and pricing for large projects based on quantity and lead time on an individual basis.

We respond to all requests for written quotes. We do however reserve the right to refuse service based on the nature of the text or graphics requested if PDS feels it may be offensive to our corporate image or clientele.

  PAYMENT TERMS

 We accept Master Charge or Visa, cash.   Items purchased by check for shipment will be held until check clears and then shipped. Checks issued with NSF will be assessed a $50.00 fee.

Commercial accounts are assessed on an individual basis. We may require a charge card account to be on file.

Standard payment terms are net 10 unless other arrangements are made prior to any sale or contract.

Custom orders must be paid for at time of delivery.

  SHIPPING
Orders are shipped UPS ground unless rush order is requested.  Insurance and special arrangements are handled on an individual order basis.

  RETURNS
Custom orders are not accepted for return unless damaged or do not meet customer specifications.

Standard not engraved or custom items may be returned if defective for a 15% restock and additional shipping fee may be assessed.

  DAMAGE
Any products damaged in shipment will be handled by our office to assure customer satisfaction.

  ORDER ERRORS
Custom orders are made to customer specifications. If an error is made by PDS all costs to replace the item will be the responsibility of PDS.

If errors are due to incorrect dimensions or spelling etc. supplied by the customer PDS shall be held harmless for any expenses to correct the order.

  PRODUCT SAFETY
Products manufactured by PDS are intended for specific uses. Our glassware, mirror and similar products are not intended for children or other individuals that might use our products for unintended purposes.

Banners and signs are made to specific standards. It is the responsibility of the buyer to mount, hang, secure, or use other means to display the banners or signs in a safe and secure manner.
